Out of the opera pit and onstage at the Freight, we welcome back the SF Opera’s stellar concertmaster Kay Stern.  Her annual Classical at the Freight appearance is always an audience favorite, and will feature Kay, violist and SFCO Music Director Emeritus Ben Simon and cellist Michael Graham.  A delightful string trio by Haydn, the charmingly romantic Aubade by Enescu, the heartbreaking Lento from Gideon Klein’s string trio and a virtuosic masterpiece by Beethoven, his brilliant Trio in C Minor  Op. 9 #1.
